TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SERVICE
 
  1. Reservation for tours and accomodation must be made in writing to Borneo FerryTours & Travel Sdn Bhd via facsimile or e-mail.
  2. To ensure that your reservation are processed smoothly, please furnish to us the following information :
    1. Name of Guest in full (please indicate gender and age).
    2. Arrival and departure dates/time including flight details.
    3. Rooming list/ room type and special meals arrangement if required.
  3. A 50% deposit is required once booking are confirmed in order to secure the reservation, balance of payment must be received within 10 working days prior to the arrival date.
  4. All payment can be made by cash or company cheque or bank draft or telegraphic transfer and bank in to :

    The company must be advised b fax/email a copy of the bank remittance details (i.e. remittance date, your Bank and it's corresponding bank in Malaysia)
  5. Cancellation must be made 72 hours prior to the arrival date. Any cancellation made less than 72 hours will be charged 100% cancellation fee. No refund will be entertained for any cancellation made after the tour has commenced.
  6. We highly recommend all tour members to purchase accident, baggage and general liability insurance to protect their travel plan.
  7. The organizer has the sole and absolute discretion to cancel or shorten their duration of any tour in event of force injury, hostilities, accident or other circumstance beyound the control of the organizer, which render unnecessary in the organizer reasonable opionion that suchstep to be taken.

    The organizer shall be relieved from all liability for any injury, damage, loss and accident with any serious injury resulting directly or indeirectly from acts of God, Strike and Gorvenment regulations, theft, failure of any means, discrepancies or charges of which it has no control.
IMPORTANT REMARKS
 
  1. All tours are based on minimum 2 adults per order. Additional 50% surcharge is applicatble for Single Traveler.
  2. All tours are based on join in basis (seat-in-coaach). Private tour can be arranged upon request with 100% surcharge.
  3. All tours pick up and drop off at city area hotel. Additional of RM 50 per adult per way is applicatble for pick up[ from outskirt city hotel/resort.
  4. All tours are excluded of Air Ticket, camera/ video fees, Tipping, Personal Travel Insurance, Personal Expenses and items not stated.
  5. Child between 3 to 11 years old is chargeable at 50% off from the adult's price for DAY TRIP and 20% off from the adult's price for OVERNIGHT TOUR.
  6. Tour code H26 to H31 : Tours included of Mt. Kinabalu Climbing Permit (Malaysian RM30 per person/ International RM100 per person).
  7. Tour code H51 to 58 : Tours pick up and drop off at Sandakan Airport.
  8. Tour code H59 & H60 : Tours pick up frm Kota Kinabalu and drop off at Sandakan Airport.
